Here is BMI SOFTWARE S.A., protecting your privacy and treating your personal information with care is of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains why we collect personal information and how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information. It also explains how you use my account or contact us to correct, update or delete any personal information provided to us, or make a complaint if you have concerns. We are compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) which regulate how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information.
Which entities does this privacy policy cover?
This Privacy Policy applies to BMI SOFTWARE S.A. (BRN 166543403000) and all of its related entities in Europe and United States trading as “BookMeIn.Events” and in Australia trading as “BookMeInScotty” (referred to in this document as “we”, “us” or “our”).
What is personal information?
Personal information as defined by GDPR Personal Data (https://gdpr-info.eu/issues/personal-data/) is information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database), whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion.
What personal information do we collect?
We may collect personal information including your name, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, mobile number and email. We do not retain your financial information or credit card numbers used to purchase products or services. We will not email requesting financial information, as this does not comply with our privacy policy. If you receive a request to provide sensitive personal information (such as credit card details) in an email, do not provide this information because the request may be fraudulent. You can help us identify attempts at fraud- if anything suspicious occurs, please contact us.

What if you don’t want us to collect your personal information?
You are not obligated to provide us with your personal information. You may choose whether you purchase our products or services or receive communications from us. Whilst it is your choice not to provide your personal information to us this may impede our ability to provide you with our services or products. When do we disclose your personal information?
Your personal information will not be used contrary to this Privacy Policy but may be disclosed to third parties:

Several of our IT vendors are located overseas and in the safest way possible and in-keeping with this policy your information may be confidentially shared with trusted partners in India and the USA.
How can I access, correct, update and/or delete personal information you have collected?
At any time you may contact us and request your personal information be modified or deleted. We will make all efforts to correct data once we have proved your identity. If your personal information is incorrect or you wish us to delete it, contact us to update or delete it.
How do we store and protect your personal information?
For us to provide excellent service we are required to store some personal information and take the greatest of care to ensure this information is treated as private and confidential. Transmitting personal data via the internet does have inherent risks associated with it. However, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of this data. Our website(s) are protected by security certificates and are built considering all modern security standards where possible. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the integrity and security of any personal information we have stored, including taking reasonable steps to prevent interference and loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure of such personal information. By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. BMI SOFTWARE S.A. reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, BMI SOFTWARE S.A. may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel a ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorised by BMI SOFTWARE S.A. to do so. BookMeIn.Events materials may not be reproduced, copied, adapted, modified, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without BookMeIn.Events written permission. Except as expressly stated in the limited license provision of these Terms, BMI SOFTWARE S.A. does not grant any express or implied right to you under any of its trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary information.
Copyright Policy
We will terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who submit content to this Site, whether articles, images, stories, software or other copyrightable material must ensure that the content they upload does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties (such as privacy or public rights). Offline Conduct
Although BMI SOFTWARE S.A. cannot monitor the conduct of its users off the Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from this Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent.
No Commercial Use
No area of this Site may be used by our visitors for any commercial purposes. You must obtain BookMeIn.Events prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. We will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who breaches this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring anyone breaching this provision from use of the Site. We reserve the right to block access to this Site or BookMeIn.Events other services, or to cancel a ticket order or ticket with respect to any person who is known or reasonably believed to be: a) acting unlawfully, or breaching these Terms, or infringing BookMeIn.Events’ rights; or b) associated with any person who is known or reasonably believed to be acting unlawfully, or breaching these Terms, or infringing BookMeIn.Events’ rights. Breaching any terms on the Site will be deemed to be a breach of these Terms.
Access and Interference
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior express written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any BMI SOFTWARE S.A. website. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for your own personal, non-commercial use) from our website without the prior express written permission of BOOK ME IN SCOTTY.
Unauthorized Use of the Site
Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including, but not limited to, unauthorized ticket sales, unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site, or unauthorized use of any robot, spider or other automated device on the site, will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.
Violation of the Terms
You understand and agree that in BookMeIn.Events’ sole discretion, and without prior notice, BMI SOFTWARE S.A. may terminate your access to the Site, cancel a ticket order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized user content, if BMI SOFTWARE S.A. believes that the user content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms violated the rights of BOOK ME IN SCOTTY, another user or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to BMI SOFTWARE S.A. for violations of these Terms and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. BMI SOFTWARE S.A. may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. BMI SOFTWARE S.A.is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a user because you have violated these Terms.
Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will BMI SOFTWARE S.A.be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if BMI SOFTWARE S.A. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BookMeIn.Events, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
